- Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive breakfast experience.
- Maintain buffet presentation, cleanliness, and food replenishment throughout service hours.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure dietary accommodations are met.
- Promote Hotel's hospitality values in all guest interactions.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with setup, serving, and breakdown of breakfast service.
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, equipment, and back-of-house prep areas.
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing and walking for extended periods required
- Must adhere to Hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
- Previous food service with customer service experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices and the ability to obtain a food handler's permit, as required.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy environments.
