Sweis Inc is a distinguished family-owned and operated Professional Beauty products distributor, catering to professional hair stylists and salons since 2000, in California, Nevada, and now in Aiea, Hawaii. We are now hiring a Part-Time Store & Fulfillment Order Associate for our Hawaii store. The work schedule for this Part-Time, position is Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, the hourly rate is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (proven track record of retail store front experience). This is an in-person position, required to be on-site, no remote (hybrid) work is available in this role.

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of retail store front customer service experience, able to pull, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and compliantly. Beauty industry experience is a huge plus, highly preferred, not required.
The Part-Time Store Sales Associate plays a critical supportive role in the retail store front and fulfillment operations, provides exceptional shopping experience to all customers, while processing shipment orders, in person purchase orders, and packaging materials, with accuracy, and quality.
To be considered for this position, the candidate must be capable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task, fulfilling orders and servicing walk in customers, with minimum supervision, and effective communication skills.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining organized merchandise displays.
- Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled consistently
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet fulfillment goals and improve operational processes.
- Support Store Manager with shipping and receiving professional beauty products with attention to detail and ensuring commodity quality intact.
Job Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds seamlessly, and process incoming shipments accurately as per Standard Operating Procedures, verify product quantities efficiently
· Must own reliable transportation, able to report to work as scheduled
· Pilferage/loss prevent control, identify damages or item count discrepancies, record receiving data, communicate any shortage/discrepancies with relevant departments immediately.
· Support Store Manager with end caps, merchandising, and promote brands.
· Support Store Manager perform inventory counts and maintain inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
· Support Store Manager monitor inventory levels, notify of low stock or potential shortages.
· Rotate stock and organize inventory to ensure FIFO (first in, first out), verify expiration dates.
· Pick, pull, and pack products from inventory according to purchase orders needing fulfillment, i.e., pick lists, work orders, or shipping instructions.
· Ensure labels and package markings coincide with customer shipping information and documentation.
· Prepare outgoing shipments for pick-up or delivery, including loading trucks and completing shipping documents.
· Support Store Manager coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
· Receive returned goods, inspect for damage or defects, and process returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
· Maintain cleanliness, good housekeeping, and organization, including keeping aisles clear and storage areas tidy.
· Safely operate fulfillment equipment, i.e., pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
· Must be able to follow company guidelines and procedures and work well with other company staffers at all levels.
· Must be able to assist with special projects, tasks, or assignments as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
Pay: $17.15 - $20.00 per hour
