Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean mirrors, fixtures, appliances, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds and tidy living spaces
- Complete deep cleaning tasks including baseboards, blinds, interior windows, and detailed sanitization
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Properly use and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
