Our client is a rapidly growing company providing installation and service solutions for residential and commercial clients. They are seeking a HVAC Installation Supervisor to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a HVAC Installation Supervisor:
- Oversee daily HVAC installation operations and coordinate technician schedules
- Monitor job quality, safety compliance, and completion timelines
- Conduct quality checks, post-install inspections, and ensure regulatory documentation
- Provide coaching, training, and support to installation teams
Your skills and experience:
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation or production experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret job plans and installation instructions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
