Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operations.
- Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage financial instruments to secure long-term contracts with clients.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and technologies.
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
- Build and supervise a finance team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the renewable energy sector, ideally solar.
- Proven experience developing the financing for construction projects.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
