We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from West Palm Beach to North Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have 5+years of proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects, with a strong background in ground-up custom home builds valued between $5 million and $15 million.
This is a hands-on, field-based position requiring daily presence on the jobsite. Experience working with a designer preferred.
This role requires an exceptional leader who can successfully manage every phase of construction, from pre-construction through project completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, scheduling, and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications for Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager:
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in the luxury residential construction market.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.
- Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods.
- Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans.
- Thorough understanding of construction surveys, geotechnical reports (soils), inspections, and permitting requirements, including knowing when each is required throughout the construction process.
- Ability to independently complete material takeoffs for:
- Concrete shell
- Interior framing
- Interior doors
- Proven experience forecasting project schedules several months in advance and proactively coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally via email, phone, and text.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make informed decisions in the field.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while delivering the highest level of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Mon-Fri, some Saturdays are required
$125,000-$150,000 based on experience
