Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are currently hiring a Miller / Compounder for a leading manufacturing company in Taunton, MA. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, compounding, mixing, or material handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixing, compounding, milling, and screening equipment.
- Measure and blend raw materials according to production formulas.
- Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Record production data and complete required documentation.
- Collect and label samples for QA/QC testing.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
- Experience operating industrial equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
