Thermo King West is hiring an experienced Heavy Duty Trailer Mechanic & Welder to support semi-trailer repairs, structural rebuilds, and fleet maintenance in our busy Tolleson shop.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Repair semi-trailer structures, floors, panels, doors, and frames
- Perform MIG & TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless
- Complete fleet inspections and preventative maintenance
- Fabricate parts and components using shop tools and equipment
- Work on dry vans, reefer trailers, and fleet equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Trailer mechanic or trailer repair experience required
- Strong MIG welding skills (TIG is a plus)
- Experience with semi-trailers or fleet equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
