Rego Park Counseling is growing and we're looking for compassionate, motivated clinicans to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and support treatment planning.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with therapist, providers, and support staff.
- Support clients with referrals and community resources.
- Maintain compliance with OMH/OASAS and clinic standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling (if not MSW)
- Current NYS license or permit required (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, MHC-LP)
- Experience in providing substance abuse and mental health services.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment and mental health.
- Familiarity with OASAS/ OMH regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent clinical and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
