Overview
The Craft Kitchen Cafe is seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant or catering settings preferred. Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Help with setup and breakdown of banquet or catering events when required.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends or holidays as needed.
