Job Description:
Regional CDL-A | Home Weekly | New Trucks | $90K–$120K + Bonuses
**Must be able to work weekends as needed, must HAVE CDL A**
G&C Foods is looking for professional solo CDL-A drivers who want to be appreciated, paid what they’re worth, and join a family-oriented team. Our drivers are on the road 3–5 days per week and home weekly, working hands-on with dock-to-dock deliveries using electric and manual pallet jacks (no handcarts, ramps, or stairs).
Pay & Bonuses:
- Earn $90,000–$120,000 annually — paid HUB miles
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers
- $1,000 additional for each year of experience (up to $7,000!)
- Quarterly bonuses: safety, clean inspection, and up to 5 weeks’ pay employee bonus
- Major cities pay, hourly detention pays (after the first hour), and breakdown pay
- Driver referral bonus — get rewarded for bringing a friend
Routes & Equipment:
- Regional routes: home weekly, 3–5 days on the road
- Mostly dock-to-dock deliveries (some ramps, stairs, or handcarts)
- Reefer trailers: 48’ and 53’
- 2021 and newer Peterbilts AND Volvos
- Electric & manual pallet jacks
- No forced dispatch to NYC

Job Requirements:
- CDL A Required
- 21 years or older
Clean MVR
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- No DUI/DVI/DWI in the last 10 Years
- Must meet FMCSA requirements
- Must be able to up to 100lbs
- New CDL graduates must be able to produce graduation documentation
Wage Range: 90000.00 - 120000.00 per year
