About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Arizona-based Personal Injury and Criminal practice. This role focuses exclusively on Personal Injury and Criminal litigation in Arizona courts.

This is a litigation-focused position. The ideal candidate is confident in court, skilled in motion practice, and comfortable managing Civil (PI) and Misdemeanor caseload independently with administrative support.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (required)
- 5+ years of experience in Civil Litigation.
- Experience in DUI defense and Criminal defense preferred, but we will train the right candidate without criminal litigation experience.
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong legal research and motion writing skills
- Excellent client communication skills
(Admission in California is a plus, but not required.)
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, including:
- Court appearances throughout Arizona
- Reviewing discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Client communication and case strategy
- Negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies
- Trial preparation and trial when necessary
Work with administrative staff and provide supervision when appropriate
Attend 1-2 networking events per month
Maintain compliance with ethical and confidentiality standards
There are no billable hour requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $120,000–$140,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional bonus opportunities $40k - $80k + per year.
