Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Social Worker / Psychologist
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Maximum 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday)
Location: Miami Lakes
License Requirements: Fully licensed or close to full licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
Position Overview
A clinician is needed to join a dedicated team to provide high-quality care across multiple modalities. This position offers a flexible schedule within a Monday-to-Saturday window.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one individual therapy sessions.
- Facilitate group therapy and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) tracks.
- Create evidence-based treatment plans and conduct clinical assessments.
Documentation Standards
Documentation integrity is a priority for practice operations and regulatory compliance.
- Same-Day Progress Notes: All therapy notes must be completed and submitted on the day of service.
- Requirements: Candidates should have a workflow that supports efficient, same-day documentation to meet clinical and administrative standards.
Qualifications
- Active independent license or imminent full licensure in the practicing state.
- Experience or comfort facilitating groups and IOP programs.
- Strong time management and computer literacy skills.
Pay: $33.88 - $40.80 per hour
