Warehouse Manager Details:

Direct Hire position
-
$60,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff
-
Conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
-
Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture
-
Develop team members’ skills and create growth opportunities
-
Own and maintain all warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Warehouse Manager Qualifications:
-
5+ years’ experience in warehouse or operations management
-
Strong leadership and team development experience
-
Must have a process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
-
Experience with ERP systems
-
Should be data-driven and comfortable tracking/reporting metrics
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
