Job Summary
Join our dynamic security team with CSUSA Security as an Unarmed Security Guard and play a vital role in safeguarding our facilities, assets, and personnel. This energetic position involves monitoring premises through surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, managing access control, and responding swiftly to incidents. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across all areas of the facility
- Manage access control systems by verifying identities and authorizations of visitors, contractors, and employees
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies following established emergency response procedures
- Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events
- Assist with performing background checks on visitors or vendors when necessary
- Support loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening appropriately while de-escalating conflicts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred but not mandatory; relevant military background is a plus
- Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV operation, and access control systems
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or incident management
- Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of physical security principles, emergency response procedures, and compliance with security regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure situations
- Capable of performing background checks and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; able to perform heavy lifting when necessary
Previous Military or Law enforcement background a huge plus.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
