Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care and treatment, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals
Monitor and report residents' conditions, while documenting all care and services provided
Requirements
Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
