Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a cruise operations location.

Screen passengers, visitors, crew members, and/or personal property at designated access points using approved screening equipment and inspection procedures.

Monitor entry areas and verify credentials, boarding documents, and/or authorized access in accordance with post orders and location requirements.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting potential hazards, unsecured areas, and/or other security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

A TSA-issued TWIC is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
