Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate tech hardware products to customers with clarity and enthusiasm
- Engage customers in real time, answer questions, handle objections, and guide purchase decisions
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets; track performance and adjust approach on the fly
- Promote limited-time offers, bundles, and flash deals to drive urgency and conversions
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and promotional strategy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and direct sales trends
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in retail, direct sales, or a customer-facing environment
- Charismatic, confident communicator who can engage and persuade effectively
- Quick thinker who performs well under pressure in fast-paced, live settings
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Genuine passion for sales, technology, and customer engagement
- Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, or online sales is a strong plus
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual Spanish (a significant advantage)
- Background in tech or electronics sales
- Experience with CRM or sales analytics tools
- Strong storytelling ability and natural rapport with customers
- E-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales background
Job Details
- Schedule: Flexible / Full-time | Up to 8 hours per day
- Evenings and Sundays may be required
- Weekend hours will be required during holiday season (Thanksgiving through New Year's)
- Work setting: Remote
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
