Doggie Shrink is a locally owned, cutting-edge canine enrichment, daycare, boarding, and training facility unlike any other in the area. Through our exclusive Play, Stay & Learn program, we don't simply supervise dogs, we teach them.

What Makes Doggie Shrink Different?
Unlike traditional daycares, our dogs enjoy:

What You'll Do:
No two days are ever the same.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supervising structured daycare playgroups
- Learning canine body language and behavior
- Helping dogs build confidence and appropriate social skills
- Assisting with basic obedience and positive reinforcement
- Feeding, medicating, and caring for boarding dogs
- Bathing and basic grooming services
- Monitoring each dog's health, safety, and well-being
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, play areas, and common spaces
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service to our members
- Working closely with trainers and fellow team members
This Job Is Physically Demanding
This is not a desk job.
You'll spend most of the day on your feet, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, cleaning, playing with dogs, working both indoors and outdoors, and occasionally getting wet in our dog pool.
You'll go home tired, dirty, covered in dog hair and smiling.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Ability to successfully complete our training program
