American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position at a major hospital campus in Cleveland, OH, requiring at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Med/Surg Tele unit within a large acute care hospital setting
-
Potential to float to other med/surg and ED units caring for the same patient population
-
Day/Night rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (7:00–19:30 or 19:00–7:30)

3x12-hour shifts per week

Shift assignment may vary based on operational needs, though preferred shift will be honored when possible
-
13-week contract
-
Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
-
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Tele experience required (travel experience accepted)

Must provide a copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation, and an acceptable passing score on both is required

Must be available to work at least every other holiday

Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months across any facility locations within this health system

After completing an assignment, travelers must wait a minimum of 6 months before beginning another assignment at any location within this health system
