About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will serve as the driving force behind our operational reliability, overseeing the upkeep and optimization of our plant infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance, safety, and efficiency across all facility assets.
Responsibilities-
Direct and mentor maintenance staff to ensure seamless equipment installation, repair, and ongoing preventive maintenance.

Design and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Conduct thorough facility inspections to optimize space utilization and ensure infrastructure integrity.

Manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring all installations meet rigorous technical specifications and safety standards.

Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance, including hazardous waste management and utility agency coordination.

Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department and tool room, including performance management and staff development.

Provide hands-on technical support for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues when necessary.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in industrial maintenance supervision or a similar leadership capacity.

Strong technical proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and high-voltage electrical systems.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Expertise in equipment installation, wiring, and rigging/load handling procedures.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting budget and timeline goals.

Experience managing hazardous waste disposal and environmental compliance.
