Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift
Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law)
Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team
Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff
Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation
Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required)
2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
Comfortable working independently and leading a team during overnight hours
