The Center for Bone and Joint Disease is an Orthopedic Practice committed to providing innovative and high-quality care to our patients. Located in the greater Tampa bay area our clinic specializes in cutting-edge treatments and interventions for a wide range of orthopedic and spinal conditions. As we expand our practice, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team.
Role Summary: As an ARNP/PA at our practice, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will work closely with our team assisting in surgical/office procedures, interventions, conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, rounding in the hospital and providing follow-up care. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing practice and make a significant impact on our patients’ health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in procedures and provide clinic care. Conduct physical examinations, assess and diagnose patient conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Perform joint injections, aspirations, and other non-operative treatments. Assist in surgery, rounding in hospital. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and blood tests. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, spine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and spine care through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an ARNP or PA in the state of FL. master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
