- Experience applying the State of California merit selection process.
- Experience preparing board items for the State Personnel Board’s consideration.
- Experience with State of California Exam and Certification Online System.
- Possess very strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, and make decisions.
- Experience acting as a project lead.
