Industrial Commercial Systems/ICS, is searching for a self-motivated, and skilled service sales professional.
Qualified candidates will possess excellent working knowledge of Plumbing and/or HVAC Service, and have a proven track record estimating, selling and managing HVAC and Plumbing Service(minimum 5 or more in HVAC and/or Plumbing service required).
The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing clients with large, complex mechanical systems requiring preventative maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance, turnkey repairs/replacements, and creative solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Sell HVAC and Plumbing services to new and established customers based on ICS’ values and Service’s business plans.
Prepare and present proposals for preventative maintenance, repair work, and new equipment installations to achieve yearly sales targets.
Build and develop lasting relationships to ensure consistent revenue and profitability.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust to ensure repeat business.
Seek new opportunities with new clients to build Preventative Maintenance revenue.
Prepare proposals for any service recommended repairs and any service-related needs within the HVAC and Plumbing areas.
Bid and obtain Commercial Construction and Special Projects maintenance agreements.
Problem- solve service issues for customers.
Maintain software-based sales logs(daily) and monthly sales charts (monthly).
Maintain proper documentation for bids, quotes, and customer contact.
Foster open communication between all service team members.
Ensure safe practices.
