KEYSTONE AND COAST CONSTRUCTION is looking for a dependable, experienced construction professional to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on residential construction and remodeling experience and can be trusted to complete work efficiently, professionally, and with minimal supervision.
This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate is well-rounded in multiple areas of residential construction and is comfortable working independently on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential construction, remodeling, repair, and renovation work
- Complete tasks such as drywall, framing, flooring, trim/carpentry, painting, demolition, and general repairs
- Read and follow project instructions and scopes of work
- Work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Properly use and care for tools and equipment
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management
- Identify job-site issues and communicate them before they become larger problems
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship from start to finish
Requirements
- Previous residential construction or remodeling experience
- Strong knowledge of common construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to complete assigned work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction work
- Own basic hand tools
- Professional attitude and appearance on customer properties
- Must meet all applicable licensing, certification, and insurance requirements for work performed
Schedule & Pay
- $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Work performed at residential job sites throughout Western Pennsylvania
