Compensation
- $70 per visit
- Estimated annual earnings: $91,000 – $127,000+
- Full case load, Patient will be in cluster area- Less travel time
- 1099 contract

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one PT to Medicare Part B outpatient patients in Hudson County
- Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active New Jersey PT license in good standing
- Medicare billing eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to patient-centered care
