We are searching for a dependable, detail-oriented master electrician to join our small but mighty, family owned company. We are looking for someone with team and technical leadership skills, as well as someone with the ability to effectively communicate/teach/lead our team as we install Kohler generators; both residential and commercial. To reiterate, we are looking for an electrician with outstanding and sound knowledge of their craft who has the ability to transfer/teach this knowledge and skill to our team apprentices.
Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and requirements.
Guiding and overseeing apprentices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Installing, repairing, and servicing generator systems.
Interpreting blueprints and drawing rough sketches when required.
Guiding and overseeing other apprentices or journeyman electricians.
Testing and troubleshooting systems.
Providing assistance during emergencies.
Liaising with clients, vendors, and other skilled laborers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an electrician
- Superb customer service skills
Pay: $50.00 per hour
