The purpose of this position is to support the mission of Lewis and Clark Community College by planning and delivering high-quality, inclusive instruction for students with intellectual disabilities in the College for Life (CFL) program. This role promotes student success, personal growth, and lifelong learning within a respectful, accessible, and equitable educational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and skills required;

Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred;

Previous teaching experience preferred;

Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, including awareness of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, gender, racial, and individual differences, and the ability to create a welcoming and respectful learning environment for all.
Additional Requirements-
In accordance with the Clery Act, this job meets the requirements to be classified as a Campus Security Authority (CSA). A CSA, under the Clery Act, is an individual or organization designated to report crimes to the institution's Clery Act compliance office or to Campus Safety. CSAs are responsible for reporting crimes they witness or that are reported to them in good faith. Annual training for all CSAs will be provided by the college.
Team Members can expect to be paid an hourly rate of $33.83.
