Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes is a plus
