Requirements:
- Previous customer service or food service experience
- A genuine love for people
- Barista experience preferred; bartending experience is a bonus
- Timely, reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Positive, constructive outlook
- Ability to commit for at least 1 year
- Coffee experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you

Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers warmly
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages
- Assist with food preparation
- Share product and coffee knowledge with customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked café
- Tackle assigned tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handle opening and closing duties, including financial responsibilities
