Full-Time | Extensive Travel Required (75%–100%)
Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys solving problems, supporting teams, and making a meaningful impact across multiple communities? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional RN Specialist to provide clinical leadership and support to senior living communities throughout our portfolio.

What You'll Do
As a Regional RN Specialist, you will partner with community leadership teams to support clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote quality resident care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical support and guidance to community nursing teams
- Assisting communities during leadership transitions, staffing challenges, and special projects
- Conducting clinical audits and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting regulatory surveys and assisting with plans of correction
- Training and mentoring Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and nursing staff
- Reviewing clinical systems, documentation, and resident care practices
- Monitoring compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Assisting with quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives
- Supporting new community onboarding and operational transitions when needed
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care
- Multi-site or regional experience
- Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and clinical operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Travel Requirements
This position requires extensive travel (75%–100%), including overnight stays and occasional short-notice travel. Candidates should enjoy working in different communities and be comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the road.
