At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading personal care manufacturing company in New Albany. You will play a vital role in the production process by preparing, measuring, and processing materials to ensure all products meet strict regulatory and quality standards.
Shift Patterns
- 12-hour weekend shift: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Essential requirements for Compounder
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, mixing, or production environment.
- Proven ability to follow detailed work instructions, formulas, recipes, or production specifications.
- Experience operating production, manufacturing, or processing equipment.
- Proficiency in using basic math skills to measure, calculate, verify quantities, or complete production-related tasks.
- Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.
Skills requirements for Compounder
- Experience documenting production data, batch records, or inventory transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are critical to quality and compliance.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials or finished products as part of daily responsibilities.
- Experience with inventory control, material staging, or product transfers in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and safety standards.
Role for Compounder
- Mix, compound, and process raw materials according to batch records and specifications.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including pumps, circulation lines, and homogenizers.
- Monitor in-process production to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and assist with equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and facilities teams to resolve production issues.
