Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, self driven and detail-oriented candidate to assist in our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and accounting, with proficiency in various financial software. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, timely invoicing and collections, high volume work load
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts using QuickBooks
- Extensive bookkeeping for multiple large scale entities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, spreadsheets, invoices and reports for management review of projects.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, including debits and credits for job costing.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Live, Excel, Google Docs or other accounting software.
- Excellent skills in financial report writing, budgeting, and managing accounts receivable.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
QUICKBOOKS BOOKKEEPING & CONSTRUCTION OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

Business Hours 8:00-4:30 Monday through Friday, 30 minute unpaid lunch break daily.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
