Duties
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely delivery of products
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, label items, and store them in designated locations following inventory protocols to maintain organization and traceability.
- Order fulfillment such as pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and quality of items. Including labeling and loading orders onto trucks or customer vehicles.
- Inventory management such as regular cycle counts, updating inventory records to maintain accurate stock.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience with order fulfillment is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety standards
