As a Collaborative Teacher, you'll partner with a lead teacher to bring Preschool through Kindergarten classrooms to life - leading small groups, designing hands-on learning experiences, and helping each child feel safe, seen, and excited to explore. You'll be a steady presence throughout the day: greeting students at arrival, guiding them through lunch and recess, and celebrating the small wins that add up to big growth.

What you'll bring:

An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's preferred)

Experience working with preschool- or primary-aged children

A warm, patient approach and genuine enthusiasm for early learning

Familiarity with tools like Seesaw, Responsive Classroom, or Singapore Math is a plus
This is a full-time role with a rich rhythm - team meetings, family conferences, field trips, and community events that make Moravian's Beginning School feel like a true community.
All offers are contingent on completing Pennsylvania's required background clearances (Act 34, Act 151, Act 114) and Mandated Reporter training upon hire.
