We are an upscale boutique in the heart of Downtown Staunton, specializing in unique, high-quality clothing, accessories, and gifts from brands you won't find in big box stores. We believe shopping should be personal, inspiring, and fun.
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has an eye for style and detail, and takes pride in creating a beautiful shopping environment. This position is perfect for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and enjoys staying productive without constant direction.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer within 5 seconds with a genuine smile and warm greeting.
- Build relationships and create a personalized shopping experience.
- Style outfits and help customers feel confident.
- Recommend coordinating pieces to complete a look.
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised throughout the day.
- Recover merchandise, steam clothing, and maintain fitting rooms.
- Process sales accurately using Shopify POS.
- Assist with inventory, new arrivals, and merchandising displays.
- Create Instagram Stories and social media content featuring new arrivals and outfit inspiration.
- Help maintain the elevated experience our customers expect from Billy Opal.
