About the Position
Serene Aesthetics & Wellness MedSpa is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing Chiropractic Department.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional care. If you're organized, professional, and passionate about health and wellness, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Assist the chiropractor during patient appointments and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Escort patients and ensure a positive patient experience
- Document patient information accurately
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow when needed
- Maintain inventory and clinical supplies
- Support daily operations of the chiropractic department
- Work closely with providers and staff to ensure excellent patient care
QualificationsRequired
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a professional appearance
Preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant
- Chiropractic or musculoskeletal healthcare experience
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Occasional flexibility may be required based on clinic needs
