Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in delivering quality patient care
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and address any concerns or issues
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Prior experience in Long Term Care environment
- Familiarity with utilization review processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as PCC
