We are currently seeking a Landscaping Supervisor to join our Facilities team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well‑kept environment for our residents, guests, visitors, and staff.
The Landscaping Supervisor position is responsible for supervising the landscaping team including resident employees in order to maintain the upkeep and appearance of all outdoor areas.
Shift Available:
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in groundskeeping
- Knowledge of standards principles, methods, practice, techniques, tools, and equipment used as a groundskeeper.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record required
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Physical Demands
- Requires lifting, bending, stooping, reaching and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
- Must be able to work in 95% outdoors and 5% indoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assign daily work for the landscaping team.
- Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate employee performance, attendance, and other concerns to the Facilities Director.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback on staff performance.
- Maintain the appearance of campus grounds by mowing, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and removing debris.
- Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, and garden areas.
- Apply mulch, fertilizer, and herbicides as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Monitor landscaping supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory.
- Install and maintain landscape features, irrigation systems, and outdoor improvements.
- Assist with seasonal projects, including holiday decoration setup and removal.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
