We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of insurance products and an ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
**Duties:**
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Sell various insurance products to meet clients' needs
- Provide guidance on policy coverage and options
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest improvements when needed
- Conduct telemarketing and outside sales activities to generate leads
- Able to meet monthly sales goals consistently
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in insurance sales
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable products
- Previous experience in insurance sales
