We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Recruiter & Coordinator to join our team. This role is a mix of high-level office administration, full-cycle recruitment support, and training coordination—perfect for someone who excels at multitasking and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Interview Management:
- Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Scheduling: Actively confirm, follow up, and reschedule interviews as needed to maintain a full hiring pipeline.
Training & Class Coordination:
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar for class scheduling, ensuring all sessions are organized and attendees are notified.
- Confirmations: Send out timely confirmations for all classes and upcoming interviews.
- Documentation: Responsible for all after-class paperwork, ensuring training records are accurate and filed correctly.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Data Management: Perform accurate and timely data entry across various internal systems.
- Reporting: Collect and generate various weekly reports for management review.
- Timesheets: Oversee the collection and processing of daily timesheets.
Operations & Logistics:
- Maintain office and flagging inventory and oversee ordering to ensure the team has necessary supplies.
- Ensure the front-of-house and administrative functions remain organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work history in Reception or Administrative roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Ability to handle repetitive data tasks and detailed paperwork alongside high-priority scheduling.
