We’re hiring several Apartment Maintenance Tech with HVAC experience for several properties in Nashville. Handling day-to-day repairs, unit make-readies, and resident work orders.
What You’ll Do
- Complete make-ready repairs for vacant units (painting, patching, fixture replacement, etc.)
- Respond to resident maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Document work performed and escalate major issues when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience
- HVAC Certified preferred
- Strong skills in general repairs: plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, etc.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Own basic tools and ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs
