Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Aide, Caregiver, or Certified Nursing Aide, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients across various settings. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper manual handling techniques and equipment.
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
- Help transfer patients safely using patient transfer methods and equipment; ensure safe lifting practices to prevent injury.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior promptly to nursing staff; assist with specialized care such as dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, or behavioral health needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols; assist with sanitation and equipment sterilization.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care across acute and long-term settings.
Skills
- A passion for working with seniors and assisting them to continue to thrive socially, physically, and congnitively.
- Proven experience working with seniors and individuals with Dementia.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and record management.
- Strong caregiving communication skills; compassionate approach to working with children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities.
- Experience in home care or community-based settings is highly valued; demonstrates adaptability assisted living facilities.
- Certification in CPR/BLS; familiarity with HIPAA regulations; commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
