Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Ceramist with 10 or more years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental anatomy and morphology, advanced esthetic design, clinical application, and the functional aspects of dental restorations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate high-quality ceramic restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant-supported prostheses
- Design and layer ceramics with a focus on natural esthetics and precision
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure accurate shade matching and optimal fit
- Apply detailed knowledge of occlusion, function, and bite dynamics in every case
- Work closely with tech support to optimize clinical delivery on all cases
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with lab protocols
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Dental Ceramist
- Expert-level knowledge of dental morphology, occlusion, and esthetic layering techniques
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and how restorations integrate with them
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate effectively with doctors and team members
