Design Associate
Join the Hyo Silver Team in Bandera, Texas. Hyo Silver is looking for a creative, customer-focused Design Associate to join our Design Team in the heart of Bandera—the Cowboy Capital of the World. We specialize in custom western jewelry and trophy buckles, crafting personalized pendants, rings, belt buckles, and more that celebrate Texas heritage and rodeo tradition.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Guide customers through the custom design process for pendants, rings, buckles, and other jewelry
- Use design software to create custom lettering and jewelry concepts (there is - no need for drawing or artistic experience. Full in-house training provided—no prior experience with our programs required)
- Help bring each customer’s vision to life with care and attention to detail*
- Social media experience is a plus and can open doors to additional creative opportunities.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:05 AM – 5:05 PM
- Overtime required during our busy holiday season (November & December)
- Occasional weekend work may be needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $16–$18 per hour
- Opportunity for raises and performance bonuses within the first year
- Medical reimbursement plan of $300 per month beginning after 90 days
- After one year of employment: SEP IRA contributions, vacation/sick days, and continued medical reimbursements
