IMORTANT:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care across the lifespan in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and evidence-based practice. The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered services. The RN collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes, safety, and positive patient experience.
Provides OTP medication and nursing services in collaboration with providers, clinic staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality care, efficient resource utilization, and compliance. Maintains medication inventory and supplies not managed through the Warehouse PAR system and ensures completion of required quality control checks for point-of-care testing. Document all patient care and clinical services in accordance with professional nursing standards. Manages daily medication room clinic opening and closing. Communicate effectively with other departments to serve as a reliable resource for patients, providers, and clinic staff.
Required Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association, Clinical Competency Assessment - SEARHC, High Risk Competency - SEARHC, Registered Nurse License - State of Alaska - Alaska State Board of Nursing
Pay: $85,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
