The Role
We're looking for a creative, organized Content Creator/Marketing Assistant to join our team. You'll help shape how CBVGR shows up on social media, keep our photography pipeline running smoothly, and serve as a trusted, agent-facing presence behind the scenes.
Schedule: Part-time/Full-time, hybrid
Location: New Paltz and Kingston, NY
Compensation: $24-$28/hour
What You'll Do
- Create and post eye-catching, on-brand social media content across CBVGR's channels — strong creative writing skills are a must, as is a detailed familiarity with the towns and villages of the Hudson Valley and Catskills
- Partner with our photography team to identify the best photos from each shoot, then process, file, and deliver them to the listing agent (Lightroom, Photoshop, and Adobe Bridge experience a plus)
- Coordinate photographer scheduling for listing shoots, weighing client needs, weather, travel time, and the dozen other variables real estate photography throws at you
- Be a team member – Real Estate is fast-paced by nature with a product inventory that changes daily. Members of the Marketing Team frequently work together on projects that go above and beyond their regular daily duties in the interest of providing the very best service to our clients and agents on a short timeline
What You Bring
- Genuine creative writing ability - you can make a listing or a post sound like something worth reading
- Experience with and interest in social media
- Flexibility with your time – social media timelines don’t always fit into a 9-5 schedule
- Excellent communication skills and customer service instincts
- Grace under pressure, because schedules shift and weather isn’t something you can control
- Comfort juggling multiple moving pieces (and people) at once
- Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, video editing, and graphic design experience is a plus
