At Custom Sheetmetal & Roofing, Inc., we are looking for a dedicated person to complement our team. We would like to consider your resume if you have 3 or more years of plumbing and/or mechanical experience, as well as a strong ability to take initiative.
Applicant must have a strong ability to understand and interpret blueprints, manage projects, and understand the components needed for successful project completion.
We desire an organized and efficient candidate, willing to exceed expectations at any level of task. A positive attitude and readiness to help out in all aspects of the field are characteristics that are a must to succeed in this position.
Our Plumbing and/or Mechanical Estimator will handle day-to-day estimates, as well as manage paperwork and other related tasks to the project. Experience with plumbing and mechanical project management is a must. Our Plumbing and/or Mechanical Project Manager must also be able to complete organized paperwork regarding the work he/she oversees, document processes, comprehend blueprints and make appropriate recommendations/briefings, while keeping projects on track and build positive relationships with customers along the way.

Skills & Experience Required
· Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work independently with high-level productivity
· Ability to read blueprints
· Ability to follow and adhere to project schedules
· Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety rules, and design specifications
· Three years of related estimation experience
Duties & Responsibilities

· Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

Other Position Details
Commitment: 40 hours per week, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (overtime if needed)
Compensation: Starting hourly pay will depend on applicant’s level of experience and skill in key areas, plus benefits.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
