Big Crack Auto Glass is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Shop Assistance.
Responsibilities include quickly and professionally answer incoming phone calls from policyholders, insurance agents and/or auto shops — listening to each customer's needs and concerns. Gather all necessary information for the claim, including verifying insurance coverage and deductible amounts. Will also learn how to do stone chip repairs as well as recalibration of cameras.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, fast learner and resourceful in obtaining information
- Positive attitude
- Organized mindset with good verbal, writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Web based applications, Google Maps
- Attention to detail
- Works well in a team environment
- Well-spoken with the ability to exhibit good judgment with good phone etiquette
- Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
Salary based on experience.
Hours of business Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 7:30am – 4pm
No weekends!!
